How to register for the first time...

Select the "Register/Login" button on the Home Page and enter your details on the Sign Up Page. Use your personal email, not your sandi.net account to sign up. You will receive an email once you are accepted as a site member. 

How to log in...

Select the "Log In" button in the top right corner OR click on the "Register/Login" Button on the home screen and select "Already a Member? Log in."

How to reach out to us once you are a member...

Talk to us over the chat feature in the bottom right corner. You will also get an email notification if we send you a message.

How to attend a drop in session...

After logging in, go to the "Group Sessions" tab under "Sessions" at the top of our page. Hover over each sessions to see what time they take place, who teaches the class, the zoom link, and the google sheets link. When it is time for class, enter the zoom with your sandi.net account. Add your name to the google sheets sign up list immediately after entering. Our tutors work their way down the list in order, so if your name is not on it, they will not get to your question. Tutors spent 5-7 minutes per question. If you still need more help, wait until the end after everyone gets a chance. Otherwise, request a private session. Please stay on mute until it is your turn.

The passwords change everyday, so make sure to check the website before each group session. When it is your turn to ask a question, either attach a picture to the sign up sheet, screen share the problem, or read it to the tutor. 

How to book a private session...

If you would like to request a private session, please head to the "Private Sessions" tab under "Sessions" at the top of our page. Click on the date you want to schedule a session and check if there is availability for your chosen subject that day. Subjects include Math, English, History, Science, and Spanish.

How to request a custom private session if all sessions in your subject are booked OR your subject is not on the calendar...

Select the chat icon in the bottom right corner,  and send us a message with your availability and the subject. When we respond, you will get an email notification and then we will discuss the details of the session over the chat feature.

How to request essay editing...

IMPORTANT: All essays must be submitted to us 6 days MINIMUM before due date. Under "Sessions," select "Essay Editing." Fill out the form and we will edit it as soon as possible. Make sure that you turn on link sharing and attach the prompt at the top of the essay. If you make new changes and want us to check it again, submit a new request through the "Essay Editing" tab.
